What is your personal work motto or guiding principle?
Throughout my career and personal life, many of my most meaningful accomplishments have stemmed from collaboration. The phrase “Teamwork makes the dream work” has profoundly influenced my approach to problem-solving and leadership. I firmly believe that when individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and perspectives come together, the results are far more impactful. Whether it's fostering a collaborative team environment at work or sharing responsibilities with my husband as we navigate life’s challenges while raising our two sons, I’ve seen firsthand how teamwork cultivates shared ownership and collective success.

How do you bring Fee’s values of integrity, excellence, leadership, or relationships into your work?
I strive to exemplify our company’s core values by doing what is right—even when no one is watching. My goal is to understand the needs of others and deliver on those expectations. I also aim to provide a supportive presence, using my experience to mentor and encourage colleagues in their professional growth. I’m deeply grateful to those who took the time to give me sound advice throughout my career and in life. Their generosity inspires me to share the wisdom I’ve gained.

What is one thing you’re really into outside the office?
Outside of work, I find joy in herb gardening and landscaping—hydrangeas and blooming shrubs are my favorites! I also love diving into home improvement and interior design or organization projects.

What energizes you or gives you a boost during a tough day?
Listening to music is another passion of mine; it has the power to energize, uplift and transport me! My playlist spans a wide range of genres, offering the perfect soundtrack for any mood or when I want to feel nostalgic.
