What is your favorite part of helping clients with their insurance?
It’s hard to pick just one! I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and tailoring the Fee Way of Service to meet their unique needs. Another favorite part of helping clients with their insurance is leaning about the different industries they are in. I’ve had the opportunity to gain insight into so many fields, and I always find it so fascinating!
What is your favorite type of client conversation—explaining coverages, solving a challenge, or celebrating a win?
My favorite conversations with clients are the ones where we get to celebrate a win together. Sometimes that’s solving a challenge as a team, and other times it’s celebrating their own business success—like winning a bid, landing a contract, down to successfully finding them better coverages and lowering their premiums. No matter what the win looks like, I’m grateful to be part of those milestones with them.
What is your favorite way to unwind when you’re off the clock?
My favorite way to unwind when I am off the clock is to spend time with my husband and two boys. We love playing the Nintendo Switch together and building as many Lego sets as possible! When all of that is done, we jump to family move night!
Is there a fun skill or hidden talent most people don’t know about you?
I am a former Barista, and I still have a love for creating handcrafted drinks for people to enjoy. If I am at a coffee shop, I am more than likely admiring their espresso machine!
