How do you help people understand the impact of their risk?
By walking the client verbally through a potential loss or situation that might occur, we are able to help bring understanding as to why insurance or some other risk management tool or even avoidance should be considered. In bringing that understanding we help bring awareness so that our clients can make good decisions.

What is your favorite part of helping clients with their insurance?
What I really enjoy is finding solutions to the problems.  Sometimes they can be simple, and maybe very cost effective while other times it can take a lot of time and creativity to work on solutions.  But helping, advising and being a part of the discussion with our clients gives me great joy.

What is your work-related philosophy?
Listen, understand, think and help. This holds true for clients as well as co-workers.

What energizes you or gives you a boost during a tough day?
A lot of times getting away from my desk, walking around the office or even going to exercise  will help me reset and give me a little boost for the rest of the day.
