I have worked in some line of customer service for the last 30 years. I am new to insurance and couldn’t ask for a better team to start a new journey with.

What is your personal work motto or guiding principle?
“Do it right the first time, every time.” I always take pride in my work, ensuring quality and attention to detail.

What is the most rewarding part of working for a family-owned, local agency?
The most rewarding part of working for a family-owned, local agency is the sense of connection and impact we have within the community. Because Fee is smaller, we tend to have closer relationships with coworkers, who feel more like family rather than just colleagues. I love that we all share the values and vision. Fee makes each of us feel like we are part of a team and not just a body at a desk

What is one thing you’re really into outside the office?
When I am not in the office I try and spend as much time with my adult kids as possible. We enjoy going to the movies, singing karaoke, and just hanging out and playing games. I love that we have become “friends” and get to have fun together now.

If you could go anywhere next, where would it be and why?
After completing an Ancestry DNA report, I would like to visit the countries of my ancestors. I was lucky enough to live in Germany for several years and got to do some extensive traveling through Europe including Austria and England which consists of 53% of my ancestry. I am 31% Scottish so I would love to travel to Scotland and then Ireland which I am 11%. The rest of my DNA is Sweden and Denmark so that would be on my list as well.
