How do you bring Fee’s values of integrity, excellence, leadership, or relationships into your work?
I believe the best way I bring the Fee value’s is developing a strong relationship by showing I care about them personally and professionally and will do what I can to help them thrive. As Allen says, “growth is a never-ending journey” and I help our team strive to think bigger and have the courage to be better as we move forward, together!

What is the most rewarding part of working for a family-owned, local agency?
I’ve worked in public and private, family and non-family owned business. The best and most rewarding part of working for FEE is that we truly live our core focus of “We Care”. We don’t answer to shareholders or other outside owners and our fierce independence and strong, traditional values are always at the forefront in everything we do.

What is one thing you’re really into outside the office?
I love traveling and music. I love traveling to watch live one of my favorite artists play live.

If you could go anywhere next, where would it be and why?
I have had some amazing travel experiences. We always took a family vacation – in a car, never flying! I didn’t get on my first plane until I was in college, and we traveled to Nashville for a Student Senate conference. Since then, I have crossed off a few bucket list trips. The most recent was an unforgettable trip with my daughters, Lauren and Claire, to Italy. So, up next, I think I’m ready for a Caribbean beach vacation!
