What is one thing you do to make insurance less stressful for your clients?
I focus on educating and partnering with my clients rather than taking a “sales” approach. By helping them understand their options and acting as an advisor, I can take the mystery out of insurance and make the process feel much less stressful.

What is your favorite part of the day in your role, and why?
The beginning of the day. I like to set my goals, re-write my to-do list, and then grab a coffee before diving in. Starting organized and focused sets the tone for a productive day.

What is a favorite book, movie, or TV show you can’t stop recommending?
I know it’s a bit stereotypical, but I love all things True Crime—Dateline, documentaries, you name it. I can’t get enough of the suspense and real-life stories.

What is your favorite way to unwind when you’re off the clock?
I love playing cards with my kids, watching college football, or just getting together with family. It’s a great way to relax and enjoy quality time.
