The best part about working for a family-owned, local agency is the sense of community and personal connection. You really get to know the people you work with and the clients you help. It feels good knowing the work you do makes a direct difference in your own community, and there’s a sense of teamwork and support that you don’t always find in bigger companies.

What’s your favorite part of the day in your role, and why?
My favorite part of the day is when I get to connect with employees or clients and help solve a problem for them. It feels good knowing I’ve made their day a little easier, and it keeps the work really meaningful.

What energizes you or gives you a boost during a tough day?
Checking something off my list gives me a second wind—it feels like progress.

What’s your favorite way to unwind when you’re off the clock?
My favorite way to unwind is just spending time at home with family, watching a good show, or going for a walk.
