What is your personal work motto or guiding principle?
My motto is simple: talk is cheap. I believe integrity is proven not by words, but by showing up and delivering on what you say you’ll do.

What is one piece of advice you’d give someone new to insurance?
Always put the client first. Be honest and transparent, even when the answer isn’t what they want to hear, because that’s how you build trust. Helping people and businesses with their insurance can be very rewarding, the right coverage can keep a business standing when the worst happens. Knowing you played a part in protecting them during a crisis is one of the most meaningful parts of this career.

What is a favorite book, movie, or TV show you can’t stop recommending?
My favorite book, and one I often recommend to friends, is The Power of Intention by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer. It’s one I’ve read more than once because it always offers a fresh perspective. The book is about aligning your thoughts and actions with purpose, and I’ve found it both inspiring and practical, it’s had a real impact on how I approach life and work.

What energizes you or gives you a boost during a tough day?
What gives me a boost on a tough day is helping someone or making their day a little brighter. Whether it’s a client or a coworker, knowing I made a difference recharges me, and of course, a good cup of coffee doesn’t hurt either
