How do you stay connected to your community outside of work?
I’m an active board member for First Tee Manhattan, treasurer for PTO at my children’s school, member of Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, Member of Manhattan Optimist, A Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters and coach my oldest son’s baseball and flag football teams.

What is the most rewarding part of working for a family-owned agency?
I can work with the clients I want to work with. No client is too big or too small. We focus on the right fit and right value alignment with our clients.

What is the one thing you are really into outside the office?
Most of my time outside of work is spent doing life with my wife and our 4 children. When I’m not busy with all that entails, I enjoy spending time on the golf course or cheering on the K-State Wildcats and Kansas City Chiefs.

Is there a fun skill or hidden talent most people don’t know about you?
My wife likes to joke that I am the Chip and Joanna of our house. I enjoy doing both the design and labor of home remodeling and can do almost anything on a remodeling project.
