How do you stay connected to your community outside of work? 
I get to interact with community in multiple ways.  I have two daughters in school, which often find me at their school and sporting events.  I serve in church on Wednesday nights with the youth group and Sunday mornings on the greeting team.  Having a husband who coaches women’s basketball at HCC is also a great way to stay connected to the community during games.

What is the most rewarding part of working for a family-owned, local agency? 
Fee Insurance is a fantastic place to work. I’ve always felt genuinely valued—not just like a number. The company is consistently focused on improving service for clients while also investing in employee growth through professional development resources. It’s a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever gotten—or still live by? 
My dad always told me, “Life is what you make of it”.  I firmly believe that.  Your attitude can make you or break you.

What is your favorite way to unwind when you’re off the clock? 
When I’m off the clock, being outside is my happy place – especially in the garden or taking a walk on our property.  I also like to test out new recipes on my family.  Most are “keepers”!
