What’s the most rewarding part of working for a family-owned, local agency?
Being part of an “extended family” that takes pride, and is extremely involved in their local communities is very rewarding part of my job.

What’s one thing you do to make insurance less stressful for your clients?
I try to take the time to explain things in way to which they can relate and understand.  I truly try to place myself in their situation and reassure them with relatable examples and experiences.

What’s one thing you’re really into outside the office?
I love to golf and travel, and being able to combine the two is even better.  I also really enjoy cooking, especially new recipes, or trying to emulate dishes that I have experienced at restaurants.

If you could go anywhere next, where would it be and why? 
After experiencing the “magic” of Ireland for the first and second times, and falling in love with their culture and people, I could continue to go back again and again.  After that, I would love to take a trip to Italy.
