What is one thing you do to make insurance less stressful for your clients?
I do my best to fully explain coverages and give examples when clients have questions. I am the type of person who appreciates a very thorough explanation, so I enjoy providing that to others.

What is one piece of advice you’d give someone new to insurance?
Ask tons of questions! When learning new coverages, I find asking about various claims situations others have seen is helpful.

What is one thing you’re really into outside the office?
I love attending Jayhawk football and basketball games.

If you could go anywhere next, where would it be and why?
I would love to visit Ireland. It looks beautiful.
