What is the most rewarding part of working for a family-owned, local agency?
The most rewarding part of working for a family-owned local insurance agency is the way we’re truly treated like family. There’s a warmth and care here that you just don’t find anywhere. We’re not just numbers – we’re seen, heard, and valued as individuals. Our leaders genuinely care about us as people, not just employees, and that creates a positive, supportive environment where everyone can thrive. It feels good to be part of something that puts people first.

What is your favorite part of the day in your role, and why?
After spending many years as a stay-at-home mom, I’ve come to genuinely appreciate connecting with people on a deeper level. My favorite part of the day is interacting with clients, carriers, and my co-workers – those everyday conversations where real trust is built. I truly enjoy helping people, making them feel heard, and creating meaningful relationships. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a family-owned agency that values those personal connections as much as I do.  

What is one thing you’re really into outside the office? (hobby, sport, collecting, etc.)
Hobbies? What are those? I have three young girls who keep me active! Lol 😊

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever gotten—or still live by?
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
