What is your personal work motto or guiding principle?
I try to live by these words from Vince Lombardi: “Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.” I strive to bring the best of myself to my role every day and know that in turn it will help my team thrive.

What is the most rewarding part of working for a family-owned, local agency?
I love being part of a team that values relationships over quotas. We get the time to truly understand our clients’ needs instead of just pushing another policy thru.  

What is one thing you’re really into outside the office?
Concerts! My husband and I love catching live shows, especially when we can get somewhat close to the stage. We’ve successfully passed this passion down to our kids as well. In recent years, we’ve started what we hope will be a family tradition of seeing the same band every year at their Thanksgiving show.

If you could only eat one meal every day (without getting sick of it), what would it be?
Not sure that I could do just one, however if I had the chance for two meals every day,  for lunch I would have chicken gorditas from Mr. Taco and for dinner I would have cajun chicken alfredo with garlic butter bread bites.
