Relationships are always easier when they are strong, so I demonstrate that by showing respect, supporting growth, and deeply listening to my teammates.

What’s one piece of advice you’d give someone new to insurance?
Starting out in insurance can feel overwhelming, but it is one of the best industries to build a long-term career.

What’s your favorite way to unwind when you’re off the clock?
Spending quality time with my four-year-old daughter, Karsyn.

If you could go anywhere next, where would it be?
Alaska because of the Northern Lights, wilderness, and wildlife.
