What is your favorite part of helping clients with their insurance?
My favorite part of helping clients with their insurance is being able to turn a stressful or uncertain situation into one where they feel supported and reassured. Claims can often be overwhelming, and I find it rewarding to guide clients through the process, provide clarity, and help them reach the best possible resolution. Knowing I’ve made a difficult moment easier and built trust along the way is what I enjoy most.

How do you bring Fee’s values of integrity, excellence, leadership, or relationships into your work?
In my role in claims, I strive to live out Fee’s values every day. Integrity guides the way I communicate with clients, insureds, and carrier partners, ensuring that I remain transparent, dependable, and solution-focused. I pursue excellence by managing details carefully and delivering timely, thorough responses that support the best possible outcomes. I aim to demonstrate leadership by taking initiative in complex situations and being a steady resource for both clients and colleagues. Most importantly, I value relationships—I work to build trust through empathy, collaboration, and consistent follow-through. These values not only shape how I approach claims but also reflect the culture I’m so very honored to be part of at Fee..

Is there a fun skill or hidden talent most people don’t know about you?
I have a knack for finding the silver lining in just about any situation. Whether it’s in my work or everyday life, I enjoy encouraging others and keeping things positive—it’s a talent that helps me build stronger connections and stay solution-focused.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever gotten—or still live by?
The best piece of advice I’ve ever received is to focus on what you can control and let go of what you can’t. It’s a mindset that helps me stay calm under pressure, approach challenges with clarity, and keep a positive outlook both in my work and in life.

A memorable moment (big or small) that shapes who you are today?
A memorable moment that continues to shape who I am today is supporting my son through his two open-heart surgeries and countless hospital stays. Walking through those experiences taught me resilience, patience, and the value of unwavering support during life’s most challenging moments. It gave me a deeper appreciation for empathy and perspective—qualities I bring into my work every day. Helping clients navigate their own stressful situations reminds me that even in difficult times, thoughtful guidance and care can make a real difference.
